In addition, while the fixation permeates our lives it is a deeply unconcious process that is difficult to uncover solely in a questionaire. In an interactive workshop the underlying motivations can be recognized through indepth dialogue/feedback, determining how the fixation manifests in its many faces. The fixation can easily hide in a questionaire; however, a properly structured workshop is like holding up a mirror for the fixation to look into.
